It is an amazing collaboration with Stubborn Coffee Roaster, which insists on using locally hand-roasted coffee beans. To maintain the striking colour of the pineapple, we used honey mead as the base for soaking the whole coffee beans, resulting in a perfectly balanced flavor of pineapple, coffee, and honey.
