GRAND WINE BOOTH

  • Booth rental: HK$41,000 for a 6sqm booth in an air-conditioned marquee
  • Wines available for tasting should be valued at HK$900 per bottle or above
  • Collection of good vintage wine
  • Accessed by holders of the Grand Wine Pass and VIP Pass only


CLASSIC WINE BOOTH

  • Booth rental: HK$40,500 for a 12sqm outdoor individual tent
  • Please tick up to 3 boxes to select the product category you are going to provide for tasting under the selected thematic zone.

* TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All requests are subject to availability and the Organiser's discretion. The Organiser has the sole discretion in classifying the product sections, assigning the location of product sections as well as allocating the booth location to all exhibitors.
  • Cross Selling (selling food items at wine booth or vice versa) is not allowed at the festival.
  • Exhibitors should exhibit most of the products which fall into the product section they have chosen above. The Organiser reserves the right to immediately relocate the exhibitor or terminate its participation if the exhibitor fails to exhibit the appropriate products under its product section.
  • Whether an application will be accepted depends on a number of factors, including product scores and space availability. In case of over subscription of space, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified accordingly.
  • The booth configuration and facilities are subject to adjustment. The Organiser reserves the right to change the configuration and facilities without prior notice.
