The gin is created using 21 botanicals ranging from traditional gin botanicals to ones that represent the city’s own flavour, including fresh pear, aged tangerine peels, osmanthus and two types of Chinese teas. The gin is Fragrant, citrus, tea and spices, suitable for simple gin tonics and any cocktails.
