Character of the Wine
Cannubi is a very famous and historic vineyard in Barolo, producing wines that are structured, balanced, elegant and with a characteristic bouquet that comes from ageing. The wine has a rich garnet red color, with a complex bouquet of ripe black fruits, floral aromas, and prominent tobacco notes. On the palate it is rich and complex, with slightly sweet tannins, a very firm wine with a long finish with hints of tobacco and licorice.
