100% Chardonnay, including 24% of reserve wines, 10% of oak barrels (base of 2016). 10 months of fermentation in barrels and tanks, 48 months of aging in bottles, with hand-disgorged! It is power and "vinosity"! After opening an hour, the palate opens up with honey, floral notes and ripe fruit.
