Character of the Wine
The 2015 Senajac carries a pure black cherry, fudge-like nose with tar and licorice melt. The palate is balanced, with a dry, masculine tannin in the mouth, good acidity, freshness, and just the right amount of cedar and tobacco to go with it. This is a well-crafted. Mature tannins and bright fruit characterize the density and structure of the 2015.
