Booth Number B02 Map Guide

No. of Tokens 8

Food description
Hand-chopped beef tartare is lightly torched and topped with Petrossian Tsar Impérial Caviar, served on toasted brioche with lime crème fraîche. The dish pays homage to BELON's past through its use of brioche, recalling the restaurant's former signature Cervelas en Brioche. Reimagined by Chef Mina, it reflects BELON's next chapter, honouring its history while embracing a new direction.
